Here is the first sneak peek at the sculpture. The speculated outfit, is her Elie Saab Fall 2011 HC Blue dress from a Lancome event in 2011, which she paired with Jimmy Choo Vamp Platform Sandals and an Erickson Beamon Night Porter Ring.
