MET Gala Fashion & Makeup Tutorial

This is by far my favourite Emma look. It was simple, classy and amazingly beautiful. She looks so comfortable in this which makes it effortlessly perfect. To top it off, she wore great accessories and a bag along with a beautiful, understated necklace with the letter "E".

Her dress is a Burberry Prorsum Custom Gathered White One Shoulder Dress

I loved her shoes also. They were Burberry Tonal Check Perspex Sandals

Her bag is a Burberry Prorsum Acrylic Prism Clutch

And her accessories include Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2010 Bracelet. This is the best default i could get.

Rings were both made by Made Her Think

How-To

Note: You do not have to use the exact products that I have used here. Anything similar will do.

Products
Aapri Exfoliant Pads
Nivea Moisturiser
Urban Decay Complexion Primer Potion
L'Oreal True Match Foundation
Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder
Bourjois Paris Blush: 15 Rose Éclat
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Maxfactor Earth Spirits: 101 Pale Pebble (This colour should match the tone of your skin)
Rimmel London Colour Rush Trio: 710 Twilight Zone
Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer: 261 Noir
Rimmel London Professional Eye brow Pencil: 001 Dark brown (this should also match the colour of your brows)
Maxfactor False Lash Effect Mascara: Black

Face
After you have exfoliated and moisturised, apply a touch of facial primer over your brows, cheeks, nose, chin and lips. Then apply your foundation and powder. To apply the blush, suck in your cheeks and in circular motions apply the blush to your now visible cheekbones.

Eyes
After applying the primer to your top and bottom eyelids, apply an eyeshadow which matches your skin tone to your both your eyelids. Make sure to extend the colour to your brow bone. Then apply the middle colour (a grey colour) to your entire eyelid, do not go above the crease. If you do not have the exact Rimmel London pallet, you may skip this step. The next two steps are vital to the look. Apply a black shadow to the outer half of your eye, gradually building the colour. Don't make the colour jet black. You want a greyish black. Next apply a white shadow to the inner portion, making sure to apply a lot of it so it stands out. Next apply eyeliner to the outer corner where the black shadow is, nowhere else. Now we move on to the brows. First brush out your brows and begin to fill in the brows. Follow your natural lines, filling in where you need to to create the "Emma" brow. Make sure they're not too dark or thick as this will look unnatural.

Finally apply your mascara and you're done with the look! Lip colour is optional but a clear or rose pink lip colour will do. Keep it natural.

Hope you enjoyed it!
