Face
Apply foundation to the "T" zone and chin if necessary. then apply powder to the jaw, chin and neck.

Eyes
after applying a primer, using a fluffy blending brush apply a shadow to your entire eye. this shadow should match your skin tone. Next apply a warm light brown colour to the entire upper lid. make sure you cover the entire expanse of your upper eye lid including the inner corner and underneath the brow. Also, apply this colour to the outer half of your lower lid. next using a thin brush apply a dark brown colour to the outer corner of your top lid only. you don't need to make it that dark as there are more steps to come which can darken and define the outer corner.

next apply a liquid eyeliner to the outer portion of the upper lid (exactly where you applied the dark brown). just a thin line very close to the lash line. then, when it's semi-dry, go back over the dark brown to make it darker. the eyeliner will not only provide definition for your eyes but also make the chocolate brown even darker.

Next apply your mascara and you're done with the look!

Emma & One Night Only

Here is it if you missed it! Personally I think it is brilliant. They did a really good job and I cannot wait for their second album. The choice of Emma as the lead girl was great. She did a wonderful job also. Here are a list of twitter's you should follow to keep up with everything ONO.

Emma at Glastonbury 2010

The Emma drought is finally over! I was expecting she'd be here since George Craig (@GeorgeCraigOno) of One Night Only (@OneNightOnly) had mentioned something about Glastonbury in his tweets. I loved this outfit, and again she seemed completely comfortable. Taking some style tips from her People Tree (@PeopleTree) shoot by wearing Wellington boots with knee high socks (lovely style trend by the way!).

She wore a Louis Vuitton Print Corset Top, for which there is unfortunately no default, Ray Ban Original Wayfarer 2140 Sunglasses, Christian Louboutin Egoutina boots and Hudson Jeans Cuffed short shorts.

MET Gala Hair Tutorial

This was an amazing night fashion wise and I have to say Emma's was my favourite look and I'm not just saying that because it's Emma & Burberry together once more. No. Everything from the colour, style and added details made it so effortlessly amazing. She just looked so comfortable in the dress. The makeup was also amazing. Low-key and low maintenance yet it had such impact. Kudos to her makeup artist! If you want to know who to create the look for yourself, I've already done a makeup tutorial. A link to it should be in the history of this blog.

Also if you love Fashion with a bit of snark, pop on over to another fashion blog I'm part of:http://fashionistassnarkspot.blogspot.com/

Anyway, without further ado, I give you the hair tutorial written up by the lovely @Ms_Maroon. Go follow her. She's just lovely, and I promise you she won't bite.

Emma's hair is naturally gorgeous. It's got natural highlights in it and seems very manageable. She really could do any hairstyle with it, given that she has the right length for what she wants to do.

Most of the time she has a straight type of styled coif to it, and that's why I particularly liked the voluminous curls that she had for the Met Gala.

Her hairstyle is very, very easy to do.

The thing to remember is to section in off when styling it.

Since her hair in naturally straight I'm guessing that her stylist either blow dried straight (to tame frizz) or they just let it air dry after washing.

Either way is totally fine. It's basically up to you as to what you want to do.

Before drying though apply a creme or gloss to your hair to aid with styling and taming frizz.

Once hair is dry take clippies and section your hair off. The way I do it to so make small inch wide section across the bottom, back of my scalp and pin up the rest of my hair. As I work my way up towards the front of my scalp I section off inch by inch and pin up the rest.

Taking a small barreled curling iron (1/4") curl sections of your hair (about 1"x1") starting from the ends to the roots, not curling the last 1/2" of your hair. It will weigh down the roots and you won't have that much volume to it. Do not use the clamp. It's bad for your hair because it pulls, not to mention that it can also create an unsightly crease. Eck!

Once your done with each piece
do not touch it! Leave it alone to let it cool down naturally. Really you should just move on to the next piece, and you'll be fine. :)

Once done with the whole thing spray with a light humidity spray all over, to tame frizz, and then you can slightly run your fingers through your hair to break up some of the curls to give it a more natural look and feel.

Suggested products to use:

Before drying while hair is still wet:
(Expensive)
Matrix Biolage Styling Curl Defining Elixir
or
Matrix Sleek Look Blow Down

(Cheap)
John Frieda Frizz-Ease Weather Works Weather-Proofing Style Sealant Creme
or
Pantene Pro-V Weightless Body Building Gel (Hint: A little gel goes a long way)

After styling:
Aussie's Sydney Smooth 12 Hour Anti-Humidity Spray (This stuff works wonders, and I use it everyday in the summertime! No joke. I like it best because it has a flexible hold so your hair will still have it's natural movement.)

Tips for the day after:
If you want to wear the style the next day here's some tricks to help you do that.

- Sleep with your hair off your pillow, but not pinned up.
- Spray some water on it, just enough to dampen it, not saturate it.
- Take a diffuser attachment and put it on your hair dryer. Dry your hair with the diffuser on the lowest heat setting and the lowest fan/blow setting.
- Use some
John Frieda Secret Weapon Flawless Finishing Creme on your hair once done.
- Spray again with Aussie's Sydney Smooth, and you now have a curly style that will last you for a couple of days!

Cheerio gals!

Fakes.

If it's one thing I hate about twitter it's how many people pretending to be celebrities there are, and that twitter allows them to be there despite reports and confirmation from the celebrities themselves that they do not have twitter. As I have stated many times on my Facebook fan page devoted to Emma Watson, she has no twitter. There is even a Youtube clip where she states herself that she does not have twitter.

Here is that video:

Here are a list of fake Emma's on Twitter. Do not follow these people. They are not fans of Emma.

Emma Out & About Part 1

The day we all knew was coming finally arrived on Saturday June 12th. Warwick Davis (@WarwickADavis) who plays Professor Flitwick and Griphook, tweeted from set saying, "The end of an Era - today is officially the last day of principal photography on 'Harry Potter' - ever. I feel honoured to be here as... ...the director shouts cut for the very last time. Farewell Harry & Hogwarts, it's been magic! x...and goodbye Griphook!" I'm sure it was an incredibly emotional day on set. According to Daniel everyone was in tears.

This post is basically to fill the Emma drought we've been having for the past two weeks because of the intense filming she has been doing. Although she was recently seen with friend George Craig (@Georgecraigono), there have not been many sightings of her.

The first look we have is an outfit she wore to a New York Airport. Her top is an Urban Outfitters Cooperative Skyline Stripe shirt. Worn with Sigerson Morrison Flat Suede Booties, a Lacoste University Horizontal Tote Bag in grey and her usual Ray Ban original Wayfarer 2140 sunglasses and her Burberry Spring 2009 Wrap Watch.

The second outfit was worn while on a lunch date with Kaya Scoldelario (@kayascollywogs). At this she wears a Cruz leather jacket by Allsaints, the same Lacoste bag as before, a Mulberry Continental Wallet in Oak and a Chanel J12 Ceramic watch.

Look number 3 was worn at LAX Airport in LA . Here she wears a New Look Leather Bomber Jacket, (which I nearly bought but thought against because of the colour. I now realise how stupid that was), with Indigo Baxter Skinny jeans, Tods women's Dee Loafers, Chanel 5131h Sunglasses and a YSL Muse II Bag.

Look number 4 was worn while out in Santa Monica. Here she wears the same Chanel sunglasses as before and a Reiss Houndstooth Coat.

And for the last look, Emma wears the same coat as before with a Burberry Crinkle Mega Check Stole and an All Saints Teja Bag.
